Reservation Policies

*A 25% deposit is required for all high season reservations..

**2012 high season reservations payed in whole at the time of reservation will get an additional 10% rebate. (Valide until May 31st 2012)

***A 30 day notice is required for all cancellations of a high season reservation.  Failure to do so will result in half of the value of the stay to be billed to credit card.

****In high season only, 2 night stay minimum.

-All prices listed are before taxes.
-Pets are allowed, but a 25$ cleaning fee will be charged.
-A 48 hour notice is required to cancel your reservation.  Failure to do so will result in one night being billed to your credit card (in high season, 30 day notice)

-All our cottages are non-smoking.  Failure to follow this regulation, will result in a 200$ fee being billed to your credit card.
