One of the rare microbreweries in New-Brunswick, ShireTown Beer operates out of Café l'Artisan Brewpub in Dalhousie (5 mins from the cottages)! A local success story in the making, the three magnificent beers offered by owners Derek Leslie and Tim Donahue have rapidly become a local tradition in Restigouche! La Blonde du Quai, Big Brown Ale, and Hops On for Nowhere are available on site or purchased by the keg or growler (see picture). And soon you'll be able to sample their delicious beer at Silly Billy Bar in Dalhousie and Resto Pub 1026 in Campbellton.
